Surely if they send him chasing he doesn't go Arkle does he ?

He literally could go anywhere depending if they fast track him straight to the champion chase/gold cup or pick up a novice chase at the festival Arkle/turners. I can see him being a nightmare for the book builders amongst us.

Yup. I've bet him to win the CH and any Novice Hurdle at 7s. And then the Champion CHase at 20's. I'll leave the Churdle alone. I'll let him run for evs a year out.

Do not want to see a 180 rated hurdler in a 3 runner arkle. I'd turn my back on that shit.

In fact, one of the rules the BHA should change is that any Novice rated 170+ has to step into open company.
I actually think they will anyway, especially if Jonbon is either not fit or proves not to be best of his class.

What WTL said is most likely imo and would be consistent with the norm and Hendo….. CH , Arkle, QM and GC….if they think he stays, otherwise another QM or two.
