Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Yes I like him more for the plate personally. I’ve been cautious and gone with WH

        • The race hasn't been named, I know because I've tried. Very hard!!!

Logically though given his entries, if it's soft ground or worse he'll got the Grand Annual, and if it's better than that he'll go to The Plate.

For what it's worth I think the UK horses will more than hold there own in the handicap chases this year.
Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

They won the Ultima, KM & Plate last season and i wouldnt put it past them doing it again the way the handicapper has dropped a few of them.

I think that's the way its gonna go. The UK handicapper can gerrymander the handicaps in favour of UK horses v Irish, but he cant do anything about the championship races.
By the way, im not having a go at you about your Naiad horse, it just doesn't fit the 1 crucial stat for the race, that's why I put a line through him from the start. We're all entitled to have an opinion, even in this precious world we now live in.
Good luck with your choice, I'll be ready to congratulate you if you pull it off.
                Keep up the good work.

He’ll be going for the plate mate. Wore a tongue strap at Cheltenham and Punchestown festivals last year when ran 2 blinders. Heard they’ve been saving it for Cheltenham again this year. I’ve been all over him for a while. Might make the odd novicey mistake but he’s actually a very good jumper of a fence. Was taking nearly half a length out of galopin and fakir most fences 2 starts back. Then was never put in the race over the wrong trip the last day. He’ll be primed for this, he’s an absolute must bet imo

                  • With thanks to Moby123 for sharing Haut en Couleurs mark of 151 I've found a NRNB pal and smashed him at 8/1 for this.
Mullins has an horrific record in chase handicaps here but this horse would have comfortably beaten a good G2 field at Thurles and bar a mistake at the last would have got very close to Janadil at Gowran Park.
151 in the Plate looks have given him an outstanding chance.

                    Cue the Quevega abuse....

                            Don't worry Istabraq
He'll not run off that mark, and definitely won't win anyhow, if he did,
                            Cheers Moby.

Cheers. Sorry. I'll try to be more careful - trying to do so many at speed!
