Anyone else having issues with 365? I’ve noticed that they’ve updated their app, but when I login, my balance is gone and all my bets placed aren’t there ??? I’m sure it’s a glitch, but it’s making me a little nervous !

The update is working okay for me Will. Have you logged in on the website to see if everything is okay and your balance is showing?

If not you need to contact them. If it's all okay perhaps try re-installing the app.

Thanks, deleting and then re-installing the app did the trick! Scary stuff for a Saturday morning

I had a similar scare with Bet365 yesterday - no open bets showing and when they did show no cash out was available. Seemed to resolve itself about an hour later thankfully! They were taking a lot of abuse about the update on Twitter.

I’m hating the new layout, particularly the open bets section. Why the hell these firms have to tinker with their sites when there was nothing wrong in the first place is beyond me.

I've been living for months now, with using a touchscreen chromebook, thats perfectly fine on every other website.
Except B365.
Every time I click on a bet, another selection gets put in the betslip.
So I have to finger it. Then remove the other selection.
Now every time I make a selection I have to log in.

Right laugh.

Yep same for me, bets won’t settle and balance won’t update until i delete and reinstall the App. It’s rubbish

I've never used the app for 365 but the website appears to be working fine. Might be worth trying that and ditching the app.

I've always found the mobile website to be much quicker and up to date than the crappy app.

I got a message and done this..Anyone with sky bet accounts..go onto sky poker on the drop down menu go to promo code and enter 10FREE u get a 10 quid free bet..then enter TENFREE and u get another one..do this lively as itll probably stop working at some point

Ive had it work on 2 accounts but 3rd account it stopped working..good luck trying to get it tho!
