Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

I still fancy Trevelyns Corn for this race, I think his hurdling experience will show

There's a few in with hurdling experience, a couple have already ran in big handicaps, and it looks a decent enough race to start the season.
We'll see if it's significant or not that Hobbs has put his horse in here on debut.
Nicholls does very well in this race, but this looks a strong enough renewal.

I've gone through the race thoroughly and really can't see past Hobbs horse as long as he jumps as well as they say. The rest don't look good enough to trouble him.

I’m really looking forward to seeing Lisnager Oscar on his Chase debut in the 3rd race, if he can compete at 2.7 on what I’m sure will be heavy ground from the amount of rain we’ve had in South Wales this week then it will be a big step towards an entry in the RSA or 4 miler at the Festival

Think Truckers Lodge is a very good thing in LO's race. Loves Chepstow, loves the deep ground, will stay all dsy and trainer in early season form.

I liked that from Thyme Hill, don't want to get carried away as we have seen no one else run but he quickened on well at the end on tricky ground, liked it even more seeing as I managed to grab 12/1 yesterday morning for him

Does certainly make you wonder how good Envoi could be!

By Kayf Tara and the extra half mile tomorrow should suit.
                      Took 12's earlier.
33's for this race don't attract me just yet as I'm not convinced the bumper form is any good.
We'll done my son !! Great ride from Dickie. Horse did it well.

                        Yep.
I'd imagine that was perfect conditions for Thyme Hill, just a case of him being fit enough or not.
As debut's go, a win like that in a grade 2 sets a pretty decent standard really, I'd put it around the mid 140's.
Still not sure bumper form gonna holdup though, but tick in the box for sure.

                          Nice win Q.

Not one I have much interest in for the festival yet, but sure as hell can't knock that performance, and as has been said, one up for the bumper form, which is a starting point.
