Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

They're just pot hunting at 2 miles (which is understandable)
His turn of foot won him that race

Outstayed Lostintranslation? I would have said he beat him with a turn of foot that LIT didn’t have. LIT went on to prove he needed further and required a greater test of stamina than 2m4f

Tbf I think the likes of nicky and Philip get told where to go with JP horses, , so maybe hes got frankly tightlips in his pocket.

He'd do him for a turn of foot over 3 miles also.
If you can finish like that over 2m 4f at that pace, you can stay alright enough. Outstayed means he could maintain the gallop more than his opponents, and they were slowing down. The sectionals show this.

You’d take DDS over LIT at 3 miles too?

                    all day long.
                    Just a better horse.
                    and only a bit further.
pretty sure DDS wouldn't cut out at 2m 4f. and his careful jumping would not be so much of an issue. Think this may cosy him at 2 miles against a better horse/quicker jumper.

                    • Unfortunatley I don't think we'll get to find out this season at least.
Doubt they'll try King George now, unless they school round in a tingle creek cos the opposition is weak.

                      • DDS beat LIT twice over 20f but got beaten by him over 21f. Ryanair trip is the limit for DDS imo

Yeah it seems unlikely now after the weekend. I'd give DDS a squeak versus LIT over 3m at Kempton but if they'd both run in the RSA last season, LIT would have won every time for me.

                          • DDS isn't a 2 miler anymore, neither is Politologue, whom he beat at the weekend.

That fairly sums it up, right!

Yep, he goes past 2m 4f and thinks fuck that.
                              Class is class.
different days, different rides and all that, they're not machines, but DDS is the better horse overall

possibly, would depend on ground and pace and jumping as they're quite closely matched.
But there is no evidence to suggest DDS could not stay just as well.
                                He's not had the chance.
Unless you believe the evidence luisgarcia put forward.
