Triumph Hurdle 2020

As per page 3 of this thread I do also like Fujimoto Flyer, and may well add her aswell. It's a race I'm not too bothered about being mob handed in as long as the prices are right and cash out is available.

Invincible Dina also made a mistake (looked to be a tired jump) at the second last to put her race to bed, weakened a fair bit after that jump when on the bridle before it. Jinked slightly on the landing side too.

I think there are still a few to come from France as market contenders. Depends who is purchased as you have said before.

Munir souede have bought fujimoto flyer now.

Munir and Souede also have one with Elliott that he flagged up in his Betfair stable tour. I'm not sure the form is up to much but seems nicely enough bred.

Saint D'Oroux - "a lovely, athletic type"
After finishing second on his jumping debut in France in May this gelding came to us during the summer. He is a lovely, athletic type who has done everything right since coming to us and I hope that he will make up into a smart juvenile hurdler. He has a bit of experience to his name already so we're not in a major rush with him but he could start out at the good Down Royal meeting at the start of November.

Rayapour another with very nice flat form, gone to Mullins.

Do you know if they plan a hurdling campaign or not ??
Has anything been said ??

Yes, Been gelded, triumph the aim.

Can contact max mc Neil (mc Neil family on Twitter) he's friendly and more than happy to answer any questions on anyone interested in there horses.

Had someone request an 'any race' price with WH, in case not good enough and gets a mark for the FW.

I get it for most horses with the ones that have had a run in France, but would be hard to get 3 runs into him beforehand for a flat horse that's been gelded.
His forms arguably not miles behind the likes of Japan. Hes closely enough matched with Spanish mission. And softlight who's being supplemented for the arc tomorrow

Thanks Scooby.

I think I'm going to add a few 'any race' including Tombee Du Ciel, who I've already backed for the Triumph, but will cash out.

...Donald McCain nominated Navajo Pass as one for this.

Thanks Thistlecrack. I've bit the bullet and backed Fujimoto Flyer @ 33/1.

Her form is getting franked by the week. Done the 22/1 TWAR with Hills as she has so many options open to her.

Not to say she is poor, as she's clearly not. But her form is want of a nail and kalmia the same 2 taking each other on each time in small races of there own sex. With average horses close up.*

Its the prix George's de talhouet Roy, and the prix cambaceres where you will find out how good filijimoto flyer is, and it's very little time to wait. (All in the next 3 weeks) Where her price won't change in that time,*

Someone might buy the winner who bolts up. Or she might bolt up herself. You never know.

The race Want of a Nail won and the other races you mention form a series of 5 novice races in France. As you say the form can be suspect but some of France's very best hurdlers over the years have emerged from the races. It can work both ways. Noel Meade thinks a lot of the horse she beat 18lengths in Ireland and she (Harvest Bow) duly came out and won her next race by 12 lengtgs.EM says he always thought FF was smart but that she would make a better hurdler. Think that with the change of ownership, she may well be given a break now and be saved/ brought back for the trials/spring festivals. She may not turn out to be good enough but I'm happy to have her on board at her current price.
