Triumph Hurdle 2019

Sorry guys for asking if this is not the right place. I looked at placing an AP on Fakir D'oudairies directly after the race on Saturday. I found 25/1 still available with Betway so struck a bet that was confirmed. The price was very soon after suspended. On looking this morning Betway have void the bet. They clearly dont like that they were caught asleep and will hide behind some dodgy made up rule. Usually the bookies stand on the bet if they get caught asleep. Is there anything I can do?
 
Just listened to what Harry said about Pic D'Orhy. I'm far more optimistic than some. It sounded like he was being more cautious and careful than actively doubtful. That's what he is supposed to do at this stage tbf.

Same thing happened to me with Blacktype bet. Gambling Commission weren't interested.
 
Yep PALP is what they have said. Seems mighty unfair to call that in order to cover their error. The pirce was adjusted within 2 minutes of me placing the bet. I have defo jumped on AP before and nicked a price and they have stood on it.

Yeah I thought the same. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are optimistic he gets there but don’t want to put people away by saying he definitely goes only for him not to.

They do 2 a week since they linked up with Sky Racing (ATR) usually Monday and Thursday, so a review of the previous weekend and a preview for the following weekend.

I personally think he purposely mentioned him to make sure people realise he may not get there.

Some coincidence to suddenly mention him the day after.
