The Cheltenham Festival 2018 Betting Competition

Right, we need full participation in this.... we were beaten by the 606 forum last season and I want to put that right! We had a brilliant take-up for Stable Stars (30 odd at least)....and we have more members now than ever.... it is really simple to get along with..... the rules are below for anyone too lazy to click the link! :devilish:


The 2018 Cheltenham Festival Betting Competition Rules.

£1,000 to be staked each day (see below). Stakes will be included in returns. NRs will be void bets but may be replaced up to 5 mins before the race

Single bets only (win and ew or just place). Selections to clearly state the horse's name, race (if multiple entries), stake and type of bet. All bets settled at SP. Dead heats, full odds to full stake. All place bets settled at 1/4 SP odds as follows:
15 or more runners - place bets to 4th place
8 -14 runners - place bets to 3rd place
6-7 runners - place bets to 2nd place
Less than 6 runners – win only

Please post entries below. You may post all your selections in one go or on each day, as convenient. This may be helpful for those attending the Festival. Fatjockey entrants may place selections on their own forum. Good luck all and enjoy the Festival
 
I see no reason at all why every single one of us wouldn't be putting our names down here to say we'll take part.

If you post in here to say you're interested I'll make sure we all get accounted for....

I feel like there was a reason I didn't enter in this last year - probably due to being at Cheltenham for the whole week but that looks to be covered off this time in being able to get selections in advance.

We each get a mythical 1k for each day. You post your seletons of how you'd like to gamble it (e.g 1000 on BVD at 2/5) .... or (500 ew on Faugheen at 5/1)

Whoever has won the most with their mythical 1k assy the end of the week wins, between us and the 606 forum.

Is there a limit on the ammount of selections you can make a day?

No limit.
As long as they're to the value of in total £1000 and are n not multiples.
