The Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle

Here’s hoping SW

Don’t like the blowing my own trumpet thing

Was first up on him,Staker Wallace and Front View

Have to get a winner out of those

Front View will be a short fav on the day I think

You are a massively important contributor, I hope you have a great Festival. :applause:

Maybe you could have those three in a Trixie together?

Not at the moment however will have to add now

Really like to read your handicap analysis

Very informative

Good luck too :encouragement:

I :love_heart: you both:love-struck:

Finally gone in EW on Sacchoandvanzetti at 28/1 NRNB with PP. He may go in the Triumph yet but I don't think he is good enough for that on his last performance v Aspire Tower, Having said that I am not sure if he was off that day or the others were just too good for him. His previous two performances tho give him a chance in this. He travels well and although not the slickest of jumpers he has a gear or two and he battles when he gets his head in front. Also the horse he beat by 3L at Galway Instant Return has come out since and won twice. I think he has a live chance should he rock up here.

Gavin Lynch put up Theatre of War 40-1 with Bet365 as an each way choice for this race when the Upping The Ante boys went through all the Festival handicaps in today's show. He said trainer Gavin Cromwell reckons ToW has improved tons since it finished second in a Leopardstown maiden over Christmas. Tronodor was hampered in the same race and finished almost three lengths further back. ToW will be six pounds better off in the Boodles.

Added Theatre Of War 5 places at 18/1

Missed the nice prices, well done Gavin Lynch - actual proper tipping :devilish:

Main reason is that Tronador is my main selection and this fella is weighted to beat him with that 6lb swing.

He was incredibly popular about a week ago. I only managed to get 20's and that was 3 days after he was double that price and all the rage :)

I still maintain Repetitio is one of the best handicapped horses of the week and Nigel Hawke has done well not to race him again to preserve is mark. Running Nordano 3L and beating Sir Psycho at Chepstow is very decent form. Credible run behind Allmankind (beating Mick Pastor 140 and Nordano 140), then won last time out at Cheltenham. It's not a stat that bodes particularly well but it's been done twice before. I love how he jumped that day and the ground he made up as he ran up the hill. I am absolutely convinced 130 is extremely lenient and 14/1 is a great EW bet.

Yes, I like Repetitio too - he made my team :)

Aramix 13/1
Tronador 22/1
Repetitio 14/1 and 20/1
Theatre Of War 18/1

All 5 places. Might add one more.....not done loads of research into this one yet to be honest.

Night Edition, Thyme White or Mick Pastor will be the first I re-visit.

I like Clemencia for this - 40/1 with Wh and Ladbrokes 5 places.

Won it's maiden then ran in the 2 grade 1s in Ireland. Ran a good race for a long way in the Christmas one and travelled well just behind Aspire Tower. At the DRf he was never put in the race.

Likely to find this race happening a yard or two slower than he has had to go the last times out.

Already backed Tronador, Repetitio, Langer Dan and Galahad Quest (will likely cash one of the last 2) but will add Clemencia on the day.

Just seen Repetitio is 20/1 with Coral (5 places) so I've added to that.

I'm pretty well equipped here and no fallers at the final decs. Mick Pastor my main bet atm.

Although not stated on Oddschecker, Skybet are going 6 places on this race

Went through quite a few races tonight and struggling to find anything with what I would call a reliable jumping technique. Not great news when they will go a million miles. One of the better ones was Sacchoandvanzetti. Was there any reason given for his poor run last time?

Apparently he had a mucus problem KB

Has anyone any love for Recent Revelations? I thought Davy rode some super races yesterday but was a bit unlucky. He just looks so confident on any of these handicappers that he rides.

I seem to recall Gordon saying recently that there was less between RR and Aramix than the price differential suggests.

I think it’s quite telling that Davy is on him. I know that O’Reagan rode tronador last time but I think if Davy wanted the ride, he probably could have had it. Just my opinion on that
