Little update after the weekend.....

Might Bite 12/1 - form got a fantastic boost from Royal Vacation winning a handicap well off 143. Now 8/1

Gods Own 20/1 - No news really... nothing to fear from UDS' race if you had rose tinted glasses on.

Ballyoptic 16/1 (20 in a place) - Still the same price... win looking less likely but EW claims still.

Djakadam 14/1 (16 in a place) - Good weekend without running.... now 6/1!


Happy enough still....

Gods Own still available at 20/1? Douvan, Altior, UDS and Fox Norton all shorter than him. Altior, UDS and Fox Norton 1 runner at best from that lot. 5/1 a place. ONly got GLV and L'ami Serge to beat? :highly_amused:
 
PRobably not IC ... Might Bite is too short, Ballyoptic flopped since and Djakadam was (what I considered) great value to place, now he isn't great value to place.

I would back Gods OWn NRNB at 20's in the CC though.
 
It's a 400k lifechanger for me, and as is always the case 3 weeks out, I'm extremely hopeful....
 
think this is starting to look a cracking bet. All still standing is a feat in itself this year!

I have convinced myself the win yankee is a sure thing. Even banished any scepticism about Death Duty
 
Just checked and I had 5.5 points on it total, which would pay 475 points. Same bet now only returns 85 points! (The win yankee this is)
