Nice price boost to 40s with Paddies, just has to win now! Always enjoy having a joint bet with the FJs.
Cheers Paul, and good luck all.

Well somebody was watching at my bookie. As soon as Paul mentioned the horse it was instantly cut from 25/1 to 10/1 in seconds. Still took the 10s, fuck it and fuck em :D:D

….enjoyed that, fingers crossed. Thanks Paul.

Paul will know more than me, and it wouldn’t be the first time a trainer has misdirected us, but trainer said this on Sunday:

Greatrex said: “I always thought now the National Hunt Chase is a handicap that it could be well up his street because he jumps very well and he will definitely stay the trip. I think against novices his jumping would definitely come to the fore.

“That’s where I’m leaning, but we’ll see nearer the time and things can change. He is in the Kim Muir and the Ultima as well and the latter is a possibility. But I think the step up in trip against novices for the National Hunt Chase could be the one.“
That quote not from last year? He isn’t a novice chaser anymore.

I have in the back of my head that he struggles to secure a decent amateur.
But F Maguire did ride the horse back in November.
He rides a bit for Connell who does not have a runner this year, but I'd imagine he might ride for one of the Irish trainers he's ridden for before like Joseph.

Sorry. You’re right. I’ve deleted the post. I read that this morning thinking it was this years.
