Thank-you...

I want to give a big thanks to Kev who keeps momentum and respect up through the whole year. Always gives his time to comment and support

Stellar job mate extra good luck to you

Thanks bobby, kind of you to say.

Of all my chores, this is my favourite :highly_amused:

Fairly new to posting, been a lurker for a while so thanks to all and good luck too. More interesting than a sack of previews.

It's just turned 1am and I've only just realised I've not had any rum today (which is disappointing as I'm off tomorrow :very_drunk:).

I anticipate tomorrow will be very busy on here, which is absolutely fantastic - and I just wanted to thank each and every one of you that has taken the time to contribute over the past 12 months to make this forum what it is!

This year has without a doubt been the most active that I've seen and for the overwheming majority of the time, this has been a superb place to discuss horses chances, make cases, give and get advice, "think-out-loud", read people's betting strategies and have also, have a good laugh!

I look forward to the community thriving again over the next 12 months, especially as we analyse our festivals which is always eye-opening and informative...

...and of course, I wish everybody the best of luck with their horses next week, whether that is a punter, owner or fan

Nice post Kev, it has been busy this year, that was the thinking behind the monthly yankees, nothing to do with the actual bets but more intended to keep the forum active.
You're own contributions have been amazing all year though, so a big thanks from me to all the regular posters for all the knowledge, insight and expertise that you share all the time, brilliant, good luck to everyone for Cheltenham and beyond.

Before i make the 15 mile journey to the festival, can i take the time to thank each and every one of you. I am on here 'lurking' every day, i realise i dont post as often as i could, partly due to my inferior knowledge (comparable). Thanks to you guys i'm learning all the time.
I sometimes wonder how you lot remember who won the 2.30 at Bangor, who it beat, by how far, running style, jumping etc. i used to think i was fairly knowledgeable but it is apparent i dont scratch the surface ! I think i have a fairly good book (perhaps with too many non-runners) but am happy with what i have. This is due in no small part to you guys and the time you take to post your opinions.
Hopefully i can contribute more for the 2020 festival.

Once again thank you and good luck to each and every one of you

Please don’t think this! Anybody who loves the sport should sign up, and I’d like to think this website helps everyone, I personally think my knowledge of it has increased 10fold since I joined(not hard admittedly). It’s a game of opinions so whether you’ve been following for a year or for 50 years everyone’s opinion is valid! Websites like Racing post and sporting life mean we have years of information right at our fingertips.

I much prefer seeing a thread title in bold when I log in than not regardless of if I agree with what they are saying

Thanks to everyone, the knowledge here is invaluable, especially for somebody new to antepost betting. Good luck to you all for the week ahead! :triumphant:

My wife, despite being American, has recently taken to paraphrasing Lady Di with her " and there are three people in our marriage" comment. She has been almost as excited as me for Cheltenham except I have been looking forward to 1.30 on Tuesday and she has been desperately waiting for 5.40pm on Friday when, for a few short months, I have to wean myself away from Fat Jockey.
Thanks to everyone for your input, your insight, your craziness and, more than anything, for the passion we all share. Enjoy the next four days whatever happens and, if we do get a Mayo millionaire, let's all celebrate. Good luck everybody!!

Thanks lads hope it’s a great week for all.
