Supreme Novices 2017

Could well be, does say the same owner and that would make sense?
 
Been looking at this race again today, struggle to find any real angle on the race. The Mullins horses could be anything at this stage, thought Crack Mome looked very useful but would need to see more of him first.
The one I keep coming back to is Ballyandy at 33s at this stage. Looks more exposed than most, but strong 2m at Cheltenham looks like it will be ideal and the defeat at Sandown to Messire Des Obeux don't look as bad now.
The lightly raced types could strengthen their position in coming weeks, but I think Ballyandy is a bit too big at present and I'm going in EW at 33s.

I was under the impression he'd want a step up in trip? Has their been any mention regarding target?

I have not heard or read anything regarding target. It could well be heading down the Neptune route, it's more the price that appeals at this stage. The Supreme just has an odd look about it at present for me,I would be very surprised if Moon Racer goes off favourite and if it does then it might tempt some connections to go for Supreme ahead of a stronger looking Neptune as things stand.
 
I thought they were planning on stopping Ballyandy up in trip, with the Neptune being the aim. Someone might be able to find a quote from NTD before you part with your hard earned Zoowraa.
 
You can get 25 NRNB so might be worth doing that to take the risk out of it?
 
I find it interesting that betfair have pushed moon racer out to 7's and shortened cialos emery a few points without either of them running, any news I haven't heard of or are the bookies playing their ante post tricks already....

Since PP and BF have been linked they certainly seem to mirror prices more often than not I am noticing.


Finian's Oscar bit of blue for this race too.... I took 16/1 NRNB so I'd certainly like him to take his chance!
 
Has anyone had a serious punt for this race yet or have a proper opinion of a horse that should more than likely be running other than moon racer, I have him in a few multiples but for some reason now I just can't have him as the winner and looking for something to beat him, I'm hoping Charlie parcs turns up here, had a punt at 14/1

Ive had one of my biggest festival bets on Cilaos Emery @12s&10s. He seems to have the right profile to win a supreme. Also, several shrewdies tipping him up quietly.

Nick Watt in the racing post has put him up
 
Hasn't had a run though since November I think, will they be running him again before or heading straight there...
 
I for one would want to see my supreme horse having a run this side of Christmas just to show their wellbeing, would hate to be on a horse that goes round well and then just tires after the last because he hasn't run for 4 months and isn't match fit
 
Any chat on whether Charlie Parcs or Defi Du Seuil could switch to this? Really like the former- think he's the best juvenile this season despite how good DDS has looked.

Really like Crack Mome for this- havent seen much about him though.
 
I can't see the Supreme being an easier race for Defi de Seuil so there's no need for connections to take on better older horses, despite the 8lb pull.
And DDS looks to have serious stamina to me and the more stamina sapping 2m 1f on the New Course will play to his strengths...

I thought it was a fair question myself. If someone says a few shrewdies have tipped up a horse that I have not read about, surely it would be foolish of me not to ask?
