RSA Chase 2019

Betfair has less than £5k matched in total on the RSA. You'd have to say that, rather being inspired insider money, the price cuts are bookies extracting the urine.

Blow by blow did the business there. Was a terrible renewal and nothing in the race that wouldn't be tailed off in the graded races, however he did his job and made light work of them.

Certainly nothing in that field of note but he could only beat what was there. Blow By Blow is a huge horse so he’ll probably get better as the season progresses. I’d think Delta Work and Cracking Smart will be ahead of him at the business end of the season but the 4 miler should be tailor made for him and his huge stride.

Could well be the case. I already took 18/1 any race, prior to his run today. Could end up anywhere from the kim muir to the 4 miler they'll all slot in and Wherever he's the best chance he'll be.

Will need to tidy his jumping up but a nice enough start over the larger obstacles.

Any race could be the play but I’d be very surprised if he’s running in a handicap at the festival. He’s rated 150 over hurdles so I’m sure he’ll prove at least equal to that over fences which will rule him out of the Kim Muir. Gigginstown are usually mob handed in the RSA so he could go there if the others fail to take to fences. But if Delta Work and Cracking Smart jump well and Champagne Classic returns to form then he’s more than likely the 4 miler in my eyes. There is also Dortmund Park in the mix too but I’m not confident of his trip yet.

"He'd be better in a better race with something to take him on.He jumped well&he knows what he is at&is very clever.Ideally you'd like if you had something upsides him&he couldn't have done much more there,"

All depends, and too far out to guess with any certainty. elliot wanted dounikos in the 4 miler last year but the olearys denied. I take your points though. He looks they type and it's the main reason I backed him.

Didn’t Elliot say the 4 miler was the plan at the start of the season? Have backed any race anyway.

The ATR stable tour mentioned the 4 miler but he was not so clear in the other stable tours. It will be between the RSA and 4 miler though as long as he stays sound. Any Race will be the play.

I’ve gone any race and 4 miler, not this

A ridiculous depth of talent in the Gigginstown stable. Who buys their horses ?

Mags o'toole, Eddie o Leary, Gordon himself.

but the ones taken out of willies yard which is apt in this case would be Harold Kirk, (blow by blow)

Gordon talks about it in the betfair Cheltenham 2018 preview just either before or after they review the RSA

Remember reading something about Pat Doyle years ago but seems changes lately

They are good at it whoever does it.

Kirk does pretty well for Willie too :)

Could have put this anywhere. But Dortmund park entered up over hurdles. Gordon did seem to state in his rp tour that he had a change of mind and was thinking of staying over hurdles with him.

Delta Work entered over 2m 3f

Delta Work entered over 2m 3f

Strange, I have Delta Work down as a proper stayer who could easily end up in the 4 miler, I assume this 2m 3f race is a weak event and will just blow the cobwebs away, I certainly don't see his future over an intermediate trip
