Kev, often trots this out as an option to consider. And it's good advice (to consider it at least).
But incredibly difficult to do in most instances.
Doubt Minella Indo would have been suggested last year for example.

I reckon by the Tuesday at midday you could perm them all and do better than the special.

Quite a bit of effort though
 
These request a bets specials are perfect for free bets, there have been a few I’ve seen as value and pressed with cash but they won’t let you have life changing sums on these bets, more a bit of fun.

Worth watching out next Summer when the Euro’s are on, Sky went free bet mad during the 2018 world cup, it wasn’t difficult to secure free bets worth about £1k, very useful to get your festival portfolio off and running...

I agree, some strong fancies of mine are actually good odds just to place! My free bets will be going onto these now until the time arrives to do the serious stuff for....day 1!
 
Noticed one on there today, all Top 5 finishes any race:
COF, Mohaayed, Storyteller, MI, Sharjah - 66/1....
This one wasn’t mine, was it yours Kev?

I quite like these top 5 finish any races ones....built up quite a few quid stakes on the other ones I requested & going to add this one too as feel all have very solid Top 5 prospects

I like that though, I'd never get too carried away with bets like that, but it's a fun one
 
....thought the HdB and JoB to have at least 2 winners each @ 14-1 was worthy of consideration.

Yeh i like that, i had my free bet yesterday on; the gold cup, mares hurdle & national hunt chase to be a 1-2-3 for irish trained horses, 33/1 well worth a fiver
 
Festival fever bet Benie mares and faugheen Marsh is boosted to 12s today. Thats pretty good value considering its nrnb too.
Bet365 is only 8/1 for that double and its not nrnb
 
Was just having a look through sky's request a bet section and seen allaho, glenloe, a plus tard and the big breakaway all to place any race 66/1, id say it's a fair price for them going by there win prices in there most likely races

I've got a score on that bet now I had a tenner on it my mate told me about it so I thought cor I'll have a bit of that, only afterwards realising I was already on it..it's turns into one of my biggest winners! Prayer mat is coming out
 
Think I will join the party train! Think boils down to where Allaho goes, others have a great chance!
