Pertemps Network Final 2019

Just read in the Aintree press release for the national, Phil Kirby regarding Blaklion;

"We are going to finalise a plan over the coming days. He has entries at Cheltenham but, although nothing is certain at this stage, I would probably say he won’t go given the way the ground is going to be."

Been eyeing up Thermistocles for a while but wasn't sure what mark he would receive so pleased to see that, had to put a point on at 25/1 after the positive comments from JOB sounds like they've been waiting for this since he qualified.

Me too. cant really understand the price differential between him and Walk to Freedom.

Added at 25/1 today.

Had my eye on Cuneo for a while

137 is pretty spot on

Russell has won the last 3, is it just me or is that amazing?

Credit also his ability to read form and get on right ones as well as getting the job done.

Had a real quick look at the last 6 renewals.

6/6 had 6 or 7 runs over hurdles.
6/6 had won or placed in more than half their hurdle starts.
6/6 qualified in the new year.

I'm left with:

Not Many Left

Read about him last night.
Took 40-1 ew
added to
Walk to freedom 33-1
Sire du berlais 27-1
Aaron Lad 18-1
First assignment 14-1

Think I've nailed this race.
And that's what you call a premature high 5.:highly_amused:

Themorstictacles was bet into favourite for the qualifier Cuneo won and Walk to Freedom came 2nd. He left it too late in the race to threaten but on reflection that may well have been the plan to finish in the places and just qualify.

Yep, me and the doc were all over it.
thought thermo might be too low rated at time, but 40s last night was an obvious addition for me.
