The draw has been made and all managers are now known, @Hugh Jardon kindly volunteered to steer the main yankee ship.
Same as the monthly yankees, post suggestions and discuss in here and @Hugh Jardon will decide who is worth listening to and who talks complete bollocks and will hopefully find us all four winners.
We'll set the deadline at Sunday evening for all yankees but leave a little creative licence for the later week yankee managers if key decisions aren't confirmed.

Studying up for what hopefully will be a winning overall Yankee. First off my apologies for my limited horse knowledge. As some of my colleagues on here know I am a keen beginner in the world of National Hunt. But hopefully as a team we can take some money from the bookies.

As Istabraq states I will post up a Yankee from each of the 4 daily captains. Hopefully they will all be on the forum Sunday at a decent time and I can select the 4. Failing that it will be from Sunny Lanzarote on Monday!

From trawling the posts at the moment I’m getting the following;

Tuesday-KING OF ANSWERS National Hunt Chase (14/1)

Wednesday-JINGKO BLUE Coral Cup (14/1)

Thursday-BOB OLINGER Stayers (6/1)

Friday-PANIC ATTACK Mares (6/1)

Bet 365 9449/1.

TBH the choices are how I was looking to go. 2 shorter priced horses and 2 double priced horses.

I know a lot are keen on him but not a fan of the Bob O price in what looks a competitive Stayers. Likely to have 6 very creditable rivals, plus a few lively outsiders.

He's as solid as they come though, and it looks like a big field so expecting 4 maybe 5 places on the day, can you see him outside the five ?

Yes, it wouldn’t surprise me. I’d expect several of his market rivals to beat him, which for me rules out the win part of the bet, and leaves him scrapping for one, possibly two, places - along with a fair number of other horses.

Like I said, just my opinion. Was dead against him last year and that turned out well for me!
