Anyone gone NRNB yet for any races?
Nothing on Hills site to suggest they’re NRNB and looks like the my changed the name of that raceThe 14:50 at Aintree on Boxing Day is named THE WILLIAM HILL CHELTENHAM NRMB JANUARY 1ST NOVICES' LIMITED HANDICAP STEEPLE CHASE. So we know they'll be first again.
How odd. I’d have thought they’d make a good amount with people keen to get on “risk free” at prices likely much smaller than on the day.Spoke to a mate who works in WillHill and they said it all got scrapped, all marketing destroyed etc. Doesn't think they will be going early on the NRMB now.
There was a similar sponsorship, at aintree I believe, but they changed the name.I just see that at wetherby this Saturday, hills sponsor a race non runner money back. Hopefully they go nrnb very soon. I must say I thought I saw a similar sponsorship over the Christmas period, but obviously mistaken
BastardsLooks like Hills have changed the name of the Wetherby race too. No mention of NRNB.
How did they get away with naming it that !!!!Bastards
Probably a Yorkshire craft beerHow did they get away with naming it that !!!!
I expect it's to do with the backlash of the budget tax. They all said that rqcing would be hit by things like this.Looks like the WH delay around offering NRNB on the Cheltenham markets is the start of a trend……..as Denise and Sky would normally have offered the option on at least the championship races by now
Surely someone will break ranks by the end of this week![]()
Yes, once nrnb kicks in, it normally flicks a switch for me and my number of bets increases significantly. Not likely to be as many bets this year unless it arrives soon! Was going to use NRNB for majority of mine this year but given up on that idea now.
Which would be fine if the ante post markets contained value but vast majority run at 200%+ with ante post rules, that's horrific bookmaking and it's getting worse....I expect it's to do with the backlash of the budget tax. They all said that rqcing would be hit by things like this.
Totally agree, will probably be my last year of doing antepost on Cheltenham, unless something really jumps out at me.Which would be fine if the ante post markets contained value but vast majority run at 200%+ with ante post rules, that's horrific bookmaking and it's getting worse....
