Multipes Strategy for 2019

I wish you all the luck with that bet Saxon. Wish I had it !! The closest I got to big bucks was with the old, and I mean old, ITV7. I had 3 legs in and the 4th leg was on the shortest priced horse. Even remember his name, House Guard, ridden by Lester Piggott. He got beat by a neck . Needless to say the last 3 won as well. Bloody horse cost me £30k.

That’s heartbreaking.

Shishkin 33s, Hazel Hill 10s, Carefully Selected 25s..... and Fusil Raffles 25s my most exciting one. Did doubles, trebles and 4 fold.
Ew 4 fold pays £2m!!

As Frank Carson would say, “Thats a Cracker”

I have the following

Threat - won
Envoi Allen
Minella Indo
Benie
Paisley
and sadly...Samcro

£12 bet to pay £1m and currently £880 cash out. I also have the same bet for £250k with Tiger replacing Benie.

At this point, all it is, is like your football team making some potentially great new signing pre-season, and the fans thinking they can win the league. :highly_amused:

In reality what happens next is the team starts badly, the new signings look lightweight and not worth the money, then things get so bad the manager gets the sack. :stupid:

So your an Arsenal fan too! :dejection:

Good luck to everyone - word of caution on the ante post horses though, most bookies cap winnings on ante post at £250k....not that you’d be crying if one clicks for that but bigger returns are just the auto alga-rhythms online - just thought I’d put that out there as I try & split stakes across 3-4 bookies in case one big one clicks! Billy’s are best for ante-post limits (£750k I believe) - One I’m most excited about is an ew 63 on:

Chantry House 20/1 (Supreme)
Bapaume 25/1 (Arkle)
Minella Indo 8/1 (RSA)
Melon 16/1 (JLT)
Rayapour 25/1 (Triumph)
Column of Fire 33/1 (Pipe)

I think at least 4 will run in the actual races which is a start! The same bet could look rubbish after next weeks DRF or maybe a bit sweeter. I’ve also got a tasty EA / Honeysuckle (ballymore 8/1 mares 13/2) double but for what it’s wirth I think they’ll both turn up in the CH & Honey won’t beat BDD if they clash in the mares

I think reading 365 their maximum is £1m.....

That’s right, B365 ante post is a million. If any of mine got close to fruition that were over £1M payout, I would cash out a portion to make sure I didn’t bust the limit, and had those cashout funds in case the last selection lost anyway.

Have you worked out what you're going to spend the winnings on too :highly_amused:

I have a Super Yankee which has been ruined by GI Island being out

Cilaos Emery 20/1
Envoi Allen 10/1
Paisley Park 3/1
Al Boum Photo 7/1
Gypsy Island 8/1

Grrrr

I do still have
Andy Dufresne (Supreme) and EA (Ballymore) at 200/1 though.

That is per bet though isnt it? I break my yankees up into separate bets of fourfold, trebles, doubles.

My understanding is that that would be the max they'd pay out on a day across all bets.

"The maximum winnings in any 24 hour period for each sport are detailed below:
Horse Racing - UK and ROW
- £1,000,000 where all the selections are for Horse Racing in the UK and Ireland when an Industry SP is declared."

I thought 365 were £2m.
I think Sky are £500k.
Most, if not all, will operate different rules during festival week and raise their maximum payout levels.
The key is to spread your bet across 2 or more bookies because as we all realise, if one did cop for a million and you lost half or more you'd be devastated...

....e/w doubles have been the profitable way to go for me in the past few years.

Not really one for multiples
However, going to play it safe and go each way with a few that have a good chance of winning but should definitely place

Min - Ryanair
Champagne Classic-national Hunt Chase
Easysland-cross country
Chacon pour soi-champion Chase
