Mullins Yard

The novices, perhaps yes, but other trainers seem to be getting their horses out.

Why is he saying Laurina is going straight to Cheltenham with the experience level she has?

He says things in interviews that often mean very little. She might still run again.

Plus, i'd say questioning the best trainer of a mare i've seen in my life fairly daft.

Done alright this thread JJ.
I'd hang your coat back up mate and sit back down.

Hahah brilliant.

I’m not questioning the greatest trainer of mares the worlds ever seen. In fact, he seems to know exactly what he’s doing.

Some horses don't appear to be race fit and whether that is by design or just circumstances I have no idea. I am sure that come the festivals they will all be in tip top condition and firing on all cylinders.

Just one other thing to throw out there, a few trainers (in particular Dan Skelton) have been complaining about a lack of stable staff. Could this be affecting Willie as well?

You'd imagine that of all the stables to be in, the possibility of stable bonus' are higher at Willie's than any other yard in Ireland?

I can't imagine them struggling to run the stable effectively whilst they are at the heights they're at right now... but I wouldn't know!

I am sure it will all come out in the wash and they will have their best hooves forward come the day. All stables go through poor form/loss of form etc. Probably not wise to back any of his until he fires in a few winners but like I say that's the same with all trainers.
