Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle 2019

Anyone clever enough to work out/guess the jockeys for the principals in this
Realize it could be difficult with the new rules ruling out the better jockeys

DJ Mc? Riding a nice bit for JP?

Anyone have any thoughts on Early Doors for this?

I've backed him Any Race with Coral Cup in mind...

So obvously of interest here too.

Nicely campaigned up in grade...

Surprised that Eliott has stated there is a loophole and Donagh Meyler is allowed to ride in this
I wonder if they are only counting his winners up to the time they made the rule change and not now
And if the loophole will allow any other jockeys to ride that we thought could not

Based on what he told us away from the crowd and then the mention he gave to everyone including the part about DM riding i had my biggest single of the festival on Dallas in this.
Cant believe i'm having it on a handicap but there you go!

I could be wrong but I think that you stop getting a weight allowance after 75 winners but you're allowed to ride as a conditional for 6 months after that. Meyler has ridden 80 winners in the last 5 years so it's likely that he's still within the 6 month threshold period.

added
dream du grand val 25-1ew 365
for this.
tenuous formlines.
entered in imperial cup.
sure someone's mentioned it previously

Added Early Doors 20/1 with 365 today.

Bit of movement from PP/Betfair for this one today.

Dream du grand val big target is the Imperial Cup this weekend, they have just left him this and the County if he wins that race, even if he does he's not certain to turn up at Chelt. I do think he has a decent chance in Imp cup though.

Given that he has already ridden it to an impressive win I would have thought there would be a fair chance that he is on Sinoria.

Sinoria wouldn't get the mares allowance in a handicap, doubt they'll run her here.
You never know though, not best at placing his horses old henry.

He's banned KB

Sorry, mayo posted already

I’m convinced Sinoria will run in the Ballymore - Henrys stable tour feature on ATR seems to support that, though stops short of ruling out this race:

“She is owned by the same man as Honeysuckle, Kenny Alexander, and I think we’ll keep them apart. The Ballymore could be the race for her, but she’s also entered in the Martin Pipe. She’s a half-sister to Minella Rocco and I think she’ll stay well. She did well to overcome the drop back to two miles last time.“

It is not easy to get a grasp of this trainer and targets.

I agree about the trip but she has shown nothing to suggest she can win a Grade 1 in open company. For me that would just be a wasted run. The Martin Pipe is a much more realistic target.

really hoping Defi Bleu rocks up here, runs off 139, his 1/2 length defeat to Derrinross looks a nice piece of form, had Cap York in behind too who now runs off 144 having won a pertemps qualifier at Punchestown, that said Giggy/Gordon have a mountain of horses entered here so hard to know what goes where

...not a bonanza price, but I like Cartwright here.
