Kensland - Tracker Horses

Saturday's Tracker Horses.

2.10.Thirsk.. Althiqa... 1st. 3/1
Daughter of Dark Angel, first foal out of a Shamardal mare who was a Listed juvenile winner. Bred for speed and likely to be primed for debut. Leading stable in flying form and a likely leading contender.

4.30.Thirsk..Lake Volta.... 3rd
Won the listed Surrey Stakes at Epsom last June and kept to decent company afterwards. Appreciated drop in class when winning at Yarmouth and a decent effort in the Victoria Cup recently. Should be involved in a easier race.

Good luck all.

4.55.Ripon..Dizzy G.... unpl
Completed hat trick at Carlisle in July but could only manage fourth of 6 in handicap at Newmarket ( 6f, good 2/1) 8 days later. Off since but could well have more to offer.

Good luck all.

4.45.Carlise.. City Tour.... 4th
Maintained profile of steady improvement to win at Musselburgh ( 7f, good to firm 5/2f) on reappearance in early April and not disgraced in slightly strong race at Beverley 15 days later. Contender down in class with mark left alone now.

3.45.Carlisle..I could do Better.... 1st. 5/6
Canford Cliffs gelding who fetched 40,000 euros this year and is half-brother to multiple winners over variety of distances.Had a couple of useful sort behind when scoring over 7f Redcar debut last autumn and should make bold bid under penalty.

Good luck all.

3.35.Brighton. Prairie Spy...... unpl
Winner of her first two career races over 6f she's run with credit since in handicaps possibly struggling to justify herself off a mark she's been given. Ran well on the AW last time ( 1m) but had to give to two less exposed sorts.

Good luck all.

1.35.Windsor.. Buridan... 2nd
C&D winner of 6 in handicap ( 9 /2) at Newmarket ( 7f, good) 9 days ago. Successful off this mark at Haydock last summer, so he's certainly not without hope.

Good luck all.

Promising type. Useful winner at 20f over hurdles, 2/1 third of 4 in novice chase at Down Royal ( 19.7f, good) on debut over fences 22 days ago, finishing with running left. Open to progress.

4.50.Redcar..Boundary Lane.
Winning return for new yard at Doncaster in April. Creditable fourth of 9 in handicap at Newmarket ( 5f, good) 10 days ago. Likely to give another good vaccount.

Good luck all.

6.10.Carlisle..Three Castles.nr
Improved effort on handicap debut and first run after being gelded. Noted finishing strongly at Musselburgh and the extra furlong on stiffer track look ideal. That form has been undermined, but stable continue to operate at a high strike rate.

Good luck all.

3.45.Epsom.. Blue De Vega... ( 3rd 20/1).follow
Fourth in this off 5lb higher last year before winning good handicap at Ascot in July. Ticking over this season and could be set for a big run in re-fitted headgear.

Good luck all.

Creditable 1 3/4 lengths second to Shenanigans in Listed race at Ayr 11 days ago, running on. Respected.

Good luck all.

Tuesdays Tracker Horses.

7.50.Newcastle.. Mrs Bouquet...... 1st. 8/1
Cost £10,000 as a yearling and her father is none other than Tornado. Must be respected for a yard who have plenty of two-year-old debut winners.

8.20.Newcastle..Arnold... 2nd btn nose
Makes AW debut. May have needed the run when tenth of 11 in a warm race on reappearance at Hamilton ( 5f,good to firm) last week. This is less competitive, but he needs to improve a good deal from that effort.

Good luck all.

Has been consistent through another busy campaign and was keeping on again when meeting trouble at Nottingham last time, so expect him to remain competitive.

Good luck all.

3.15. Sandown.. Masham Star. .. unpl
9/4 third of 5 in handicap at Nottingham( 8.3f,good) 10 days ago, not clear run. Lurking on a potentially handy mark, but may again find a couple too good.

1.50.York.. Makawee.... unpl
Made it three wins from four handicap starts when readily seeing off 6 rivals at Wetherby ( 14f, good to firm) 16 days ago. Going softer than good an unknown but there's likely more to come.

Good luck all.

Three-time C&D winner and also second in this 12 months ago. Sound return at Doncaster in May and best excused his below par run at Thirsk since. Dangerous to discount.

Good luck all.

4.00.Pontefract.. Makawee.
Useful filly 2 wins from 4 runs later this year. Good fifth of 13 in handicap at York ( 11.8f) 8 days ago, not ideally placed. Still lightly raced, so may have more to offer.

Good luck all.

Mondays Tracker Horse.

Seventh of 10 in handicap at Doncaster ( 6f, good to firm, 6 /1) 31 days ago. Now 2lb lower and having shaped well on return at Ripon and with the drying ground a plus, she needs considering.

Good luck all.

3.15.Fairyhouse..Perfection... 2nd
Smart filly. Creditable Seventh of 26 in handicap ( 28/1) at Royal Ascot ( 6f, good to firm) 22 days ago, never nearer. Trainer going well and she's a leading contender.

Good luck all.

2.40.Hamilton.Kalagia.

Front - runner who had a busy time of things in 2018, but like so many from this stable seemed to thrive on the busy schedule. Off the track though since September although this her optimum trip and yard could hardly be in better form.

2.10.Hamilton. Arnold.

Beaten a head on belated debut last month. Dual winner at around this time last year and should be at peak power now so has to be respected.

Good luck all.

Double.

2.40.Hamilton.Kalagia
2.10.Hamilton. Arnold
singles & double

Good luck all.
