I've had 5 free bets back over the last two days. It's difficult to get to speak to someone but keep trying and they have spoke to someone else for 10mins and then credited the free bet back.

Do you have a specific phone number or particular way to by-pass the bot.

Seems to me they really are doing everything possible to prevent customers contacting them.

I have gone through promotions or bet query to get past the bottom, I just keep trying different options till It transfers me to a person.

I've tried two different people, both refusing to refund the free bets. You guys must be doing something magic!

Have you told them that it was part of the none runner no bet promotion? They might have cottoned on to it today as it was Wed and Thurs I got mine back. I'm expecting two today so will see later this afternoon.

I went to contact us
Then sports query
Then uk and Irish racing
And then clicked on still looking for answers
Contact us and got through to live chat
Tell them reason for chat and they should ask for bet ref number and date of bet as well as horse and race.
They also asked for my e-mail and mob number.

I don' have access to loads of accounts, but Bet Victor refund NRNB very promptly!
Followed closely by PP.

MGM are OK

SlyBet are..... slow... well, I have Tuesday entries back, but nothing so far for Wednesday and Thursday..:frown-new:

Thanks a bundle Carnage at Taunton - did as you suggested and finally got asked for a reference number for the bet. Then got put through to a real person who argued the toss (claiming I'd been given back the FB). In the end I said whatever the rights and wrongs couldn't you just gift me a FB for all the hassle I've had....and then I got transferred upstairs to a second real person (I felt like I'd conquered Everest FFS!!!) and they sorted me out a tenner free bet. Would have given up but for the help of you guys. Thanks again. Now to find a value loser to put it on in the Kim Muir.

This is exactly the same for me, i have had all refunded as free bets, it took a while though
