Be sure to check refunds though. They've refunded Mclaurey for the Martin Pipe, even though he's entered in it. Now have to get on to live chat.

Have refunded half of mine, and then not other ones for some reason

Got onto live chat and got the usual spiel - 'sent across to the settlement team to take a look'

useless.

365 and PP all fine for me
 
For those interested Big Interest is entered in the 3:00PM KILDORRERY P2P on Sunday. Drinking in last chance saloon to qualify for the Hunter Chase. Fingers crossed.

Yep. Needs to win as well to get in. Was pulled out last weekend I suspect looking for an easier opportunity. Clearly they are very intent on running him at the Fez which is good news. Still believe he could be a big player.

Have you had refunds from NRNB from 365 and PP?
 
MGM refunded NRMB last week (for Arkle etc..) without having to chase.

Nothing back from Handicap non-entries so I've just been on Live Chat and they are waiting for declarations before refunding any other bets...
Not sure how they differ???? :indecisiveness:

Strange I haven't been refunded for Kientzheim for the Mares Novice from them yet, I went on the chat after she was scratched and they said they are waiting for the result. I have a free bet on her I want to try and blag back.

I've only had the handicaps refunded to be fair.

I got NHC and Ultima bets back from 365 as a "goodwill gesture" after live chat. They initially said no until declaration stage but then after I said ok they offered to do it. (Shrug shoulders emoji)
 
It makes perfect sense, but it doesn't stop others (MGM & Sky) not doing it until declarations... :boxing:
