I switched Galvin into the GN for my bet, rather than the XC. I'm clinging to the faint hope that he might still line up. Ever the optimist!

Galvin at 33's at the time? That's got a great chance of a place roll up I'd say if he turns up, even with the weight he will have.

Yes. I'd agree on Galvin still having a chance due to the handicapper compressing the handicap.

Have added the brilliant SharpHat Yankee. Was Istas idea and I completely agree that such superb analysis should be plunged by the forum and highlighted on a pinned thread like this. Think we should all back it - especially at a whopping 92,273/1 with Bet365.

Again i will ask for these Yankees to be put behind closed doors or at least behind closed doors for 24hrs. Placed the bet at about 07.30 and the prices have been rapped.

The prices quoted are still available? The prices are ante post and not NRNB.
 
February - the final Yankee of the year - has just gone up.

It’s a super Yankee as I just could not narrow these five down to 4. They’re all forum horses one way or another and that’s what this last one is always all about.
 
…..a decent double with the December 1 Yankee; Flooring 8-1; Facile 12-1.

….yep, noticed that myself. I cashed one out with a very handsome profit when targets were becoming clearer so they have certainly paid for themselves from my perspective. Good stuff.
 
With the Yankee from the very first month of the year (March 2021) paying 34/1 and the Christmas Yankee paying a 116/1 double, I believe once again the Yankees have made a small profit. Not going to get rich from them every year but as long as they pay for themselves, it makes them worthwhile because we all know one day the big one lands and everyone will cop. Considering there was 8 winning selections backed, it was a fair crack to hope to land a treble which is where the money is at.
