Fat Jockey Yankee's - Captain's Required!

Hi all. I'd like to put my hand up. I joined specifically for the Cheltenham banter though often read other posts too. As you will see, very few posts posted, surely would be a record if l was given the honour!!?? Either way ill be putting my twopennth in to try help us all land that life changing yankee cometh the Festival

Well if I happen to get nominated for the Friday I'd love to get a Kotkijet special for the Triumph! Or the Tuesday I guess, but I always seem to have a stinker that day...

I'd like to put my name forward, but if over looked I have no qualms! Been following the forum for almost a year although not during the flat season (muck) but enjoyed becoming more active recently, sounds like a great idea for a bit of added interest on the days!

I'll put my name forward. I know nothing about horse racing but did a tour of Vietnam and escaped death on multiple occasions (well, it was like Apocalypse Now but on a moped and there were no guns or war. Lots of bad driving though) and in my younger days did a few years on the brutal and unforgiving frontline that is retail customer service. I'm battle hardened and reckon I have what it takes to be a champion and lead we band of brothers to victory.
