Diamond Geezer

Awful news and so sad to lose one of our own. Lovely words Spectre.

RIP Roger, condolences to friends and family.

DG sounded like a great guy. I'm sure his family and friends will remember all the fab times they had together and celebrate his life accordingly. RIP fellow FJ.

Awful news. Thoughts are with the family.

Thanks for sharing so well though.

Terribly sad news. Rest easy Roger :love_heart:

I never had the pleasure of meeting Roger but I had online communication with him over many years, usually about competitions on places like this. Unfailingly helpful and always looking for ideas for competitions to keep us all entertained. Such sad news.

RIP

Terrible news to read anyday, his competitions were always incredibly well run and a great member to this forum.

Thoughts are with his loved ones

Sad news to read, thoughts with his family and friends.

Terrible news and my thoughts are with his friends and family. That diagnosis is terrifying and I really hope he got as much enjoyment out of his last days as was possible; I know how much of an impact that would have had. Rip Roger - a true FJ great

So sorry to hear this, the forum will be a lesser place without the Geezer. RIP Roger, and condolences to all that knew him,

Really sad news to read this.

When he first started posting I couldn't really fathom the fact that he didn't bet and expended so much energy on competitions. It turned out he was just a lovely guy who loved the game and loved getting people involved. Never met him personally, but the world is always poorer when it loses a soul like that.
