Day 2 - Wednesday - Royal Ascot 2020

I'm struggling to keep up with all my bets.

Added Oleksander 40/1 ew in the 2.25. Well beaten in 4th by Kipps at Haydock but stayed on again in the last 100 yards. The step up in trip looks to suit on that run and well drawn in stall 18. He was 2nd fav at Haydock and I'm banking on him improving for the run. He's 10 times the price of Kipps and that looks too big and has sucked me in.

Joined in with the 40/1 Ebor antepost bet, on Ranch Hand.
I backed him last Friday, in a Wednesday Handicap Trixie, at 12/1 for todays race, so I have my fingers crossed for todays races.
I also like Alright Sunshine for todays last race.

Have also done the Maydanny/Montatham double that someone made a good case for and waiting on Japan for a nice double with Circus Maximus.

TBH I'd just settle for Japan doing the business!!

Think I will probably leave the last 2 races alone unless the day is going well.
 
Ranch Hand looks plenty short enough coming off a very disappointing run (were there any excuses) and looking as if he needs the rain to arrive.
 
Place laid the Queens horse, First Receiver, in the 1:50.

Your lad was on the wrong side too Charlie, I'm on low numbers in the 3.35. May need a rethink

Ended 40/1 and finished 6th, lovely bit of profit on that one, had completely forgot about it tbh!
