I would say this is a possibility. Japan missed the break a little too, can't afford to do that in top G1's unfortunately.

Was watching Lord Tennyson the whole way there, hockey went to make his move, got boxed and didn’t even try and go again. I’d fancy him to win something as he will be dropped a few lbs there

Baltic Baron - 33/1 7 places

Untapped potential in what is only his 2nd season with David O'Meara after coming over from France. Is yet to get his head in front in 9 attempts so far but has shown promise in some good races and according to the trainer he has matured and had a small wind op over the winter. Most notable performance last season was probably the 5th place in the big mile handicap at Glorious Goodwood when he had nowhere to go up the rail. Interestingly that run was in a first time visor which was then used again at York (when admittedly he was a little disappointing) but then it was left off for the rest of the season. He had a pipe opener at Newmarket last week (no headgear) when a keeping on 7th without ever really landing a blow - that hopefully should have put him spot on for this and the headgear is back on, this time in the form of cheekpieces.

Well done VF.......nice little earner at a great price. First time he got a mention on the telly was when he crossed the line.

Been golfing this morning and today wasn't going well, and I'm tired.
Having backed Dark Vision in it's last 6 starts. I put a couple points on last night at 16-1.
So when Sir Busker won the first I thought the form looked promising.

Then watching the race I was looking at the blue hat and cursing my luck as I though it was Dark Vision.
A nice surprise when I was wrong.

Tennyson looked to have loads left and Frankie just coasted home after he couldn't get a run, he seemed to be sat for a good furlong waiting for a gap. One to watch next time for sure, but unlikely to be missed.

Doubt he'll be dropped any pounds though.

Has my finger over the 8's for Swindler in the Wokingham too, but that high drawer is becoming essential. But it's changed around before so we'll see how next couple days go.

No worries! Found himself a long way back but ran on strongly. My other in the race Afaak just nicked 7th too so a quite a profitable Hunt Cup!

Bit of a turnaround really, as the day was bloody awful up until this happening. Japan still costly however.

Nothing that exciting for me today, Russian Emperor was good, but in terms of punting I needed him to connect with Japan, Ranch Hand or most importantly, Chief Little Hawk - and they didn't.
