Much better day, shame Causes of Causes didn’t come through that would have wiped out all antepost losss
Had a 15 minute conversation with Rich Ricci in a hotel bar after the races:
He’s positive on Salsaretta tomorrow but the yard think Laurina is unbeatable
Thinks Saldier will go close, didn’t seem too impressed by AS.
Said his best chance though is Deal d’struval now he’s snuck into the Grand Annual
I also asked about Douvan, Aintree is a potential, I suggested they go for the Melling Chase and save Min for Punchestown, he did say “that would be the one” in regards to Douvan/MC so when it happens you can all thank me
