Coral Cup 2019

Any chance Bleu Berry does the double? You would think the rain is a big plus and like so many races it doesn't look a particularly strong renewal.

Yeah i'm surprised he seems to be going under the radar somewhat, was nice to hear David Casey give him a mention at a preview night.

Running off 150 he's been fairly treated, less than 2l behind Presenting Percy in the Galmoy and a repeat of that run would surely give him a big chance here. Previous festival winner too.

I know he's entered in both the Ryanair and GC but I haven't heard a peep about him going for either race and still remains a decent price for this
 
Willie has so many entered here with several near the top of the betting. The danger for the lower weights is that they might not get in. The danger for the higher weights is that they might be taken out to give another one a run.
 
A race I’ve never really done well in .

Apples Shakira will get in if they want to run her here. Couldn't have her on my mind.
 
Canardier has been well supported for this race since yesterday’s decs. I suppose the chance of having a top jock on board swayed the decision. Smaller stables will be struggling for decent pilots in the Martin Pipe this year.
 
Could still go for the County but with todays withdrawal from the CH and this video a couple of hours ago, my any race bet on Vision des Flos will end up here which is certainly his best chance imo

William Henry - 33/1 - 5 places - NRNB

Was 4th in the Coral Cup last year, beaten 2.75L off 151.

Is still on 151 now, and as he went off 8/1J last year, he should be closer to that price this year... ground no concern for him where it may be for others.

A little speculative, but I expect him to be in the mix again.
 
Very interested in Dancing On My Own for this (also entered in Ballymore) Has been running as if a step up in trip would suit and bred to be effective on softer ground; hopefully will be declared for this but have no idea as to plans.33/1 NRNB with the sponsors is appealing.

but 20/1 is outstnading NRNB price for Rhinestone with 365


Off 144, if that run behind Commander OF Fleet is a true reflection means he's vry well handicapped IMO


JP already has Birchdale and Dickie Diver at 10/1 or less in the Albert Bartlett, 3 in that seems over kill?



20/1 NRNB, will get my money back in 14 hours anyway if I'm wrong!

that's my young improving well handicapped types.

Then there's the reasonably handicapped older horses who always seem to run decent enough and might just like this type of big field race.

Killultagh Vic 37-1 ew

Same dad as Buveur D'air.
similar breeding to Alex de Larredya who ran very succesfully in france on all ground types.

Should be ok, but trainer's opinion matters more in terms of running him or not.
