Top marks for everyone who got on that Charli Parcs special without distance. I've just had a point on. Every chance Barry will go easy on the horse and won't win by the 5 lengths with the festival so close but worth the small stake risk (imo) to have 17/1 any race after today. Certainly would have been higher than 1 point if the distance wasn't involved!!

Puzzling run...looked all wrong for much of the race but then got himself looking right in contention just before falling. Think I agree though in that the winner was travelling the best and would have prevailed.

I'm not sure they'll be splitting them up anymore myself. As good as Charli Parcs was on debut and however highly thought of, it's hard to be too confident now on him winning going into the festival. Splitting DDS and CP if both had leading fancies made sense but now there are big question marks on Charli Parcs I'm sure they'll play it safe and have both go for the Triumph if he still goes, especially as it is Henderson's preferred route. JP's strong hand in the Triumph isn't actually that strong anymore with the O'Brien horses disappointing (though landofhopeandglory wasn't as bad as the result looks today)

DDS and maybe CP (if he doesn't skip Cheltenham) for the Triumph
Movewiththetimes and Consol de Thaix for the Supreme?
