32 into 15 last time i looked on machine. after what was said last night and if target was def RSA seems odd that it would shorten on machine

Not everyone uses the exchanges. He is only one that is blue across the board. The reformed market is a factor, not the explanation, particularly as the bookmakers should be well aware that on what we have been told he isn't expected to run. Either way the price clearly shows his relative chance in this race compared to the other two entries.
 
forgot to mention
D.Jacob said when he was over in Ireland everyone he spoke to were very bullish BOD.
