Cheltenham 2019 Ante-Post bets

A word of caution if you use Oddschecker to back horses in the "win any Cheltenham race" market

I used Oddschecker to back Clan Des Obeaux with Hills in the "win any Cheltenham race" market - the confirmation from oddschecker (screenshotted) confirmed the bet was placed however when I logged in to my Hills account after the King George, the bet appeared in my account as being placed on Messire Des Obeaux.

I checked other bets in the same market that I had placed via Oddschecker and found another bet which had been placed on the wrong horse. Again pre-Xmas, I had backed Tornado Flyer but my Coral account showed the bet as being placed on Shantou Flyer.

In both cases, my bets had been placed on a horse with a similar name.

Neither Messire Des Obeaux or Shantou Flyer appear on Oddscheckers list of horses which were available to back so I have no idea how this problem has arisen

Fair play to Hills and Corals, they immediately cancelled the bets when I explained the situation to them.

It may be worth double-checking any bets in this market if you placed them via Oddschecker

You might luckily have a good bet on shantou flyer if that's 33s any race. I'm sure a few would snap that up.

Yes maybe , I am a Shantou fan but he hasn't been sighted this season and trainers form could be better.

I am also interested in SF for the fox hunters but have connections confirmed that is his target? When did he last run scoob?

Backed Walk to Freedom 33-1 Sky - pertemps.
Looked most obvious one to me and should get in easy, unlike winner and third, who will need more hikes.

Just a h/u that it's worth having a marathon account, if you've not got one already.

They can be a bit slow on the adjustments, so can often snipe some races with them.
