Cheltenham 2019 Ante-Post bets

Just a general Question here, but do book makers allow you to do doubles with a selection that is NRNB and another that is Ante post. I’m looking to go Altior Tingle creek and Champion Chase Double and also Lalor Henry Chase and Arkle double. Thought this would be a good way to boost odds, but when I add them to the bet Slip it doesn’t allow for the double. Anyone know why? Or any online bookmakers where this is possible. Adahji tomorrow and for the triumph was another I was considering.
 
It's a related bet on the same horse so nearly always not allowed unless they offer a special which some will do. especially if you ask
It's like backing a football team to win a semi final and then the final in a double.
nowt to do with NRNB and antepost as that would be allowed.
 
No related contingency, you might get the odd bookmaker who will let it slip through, but they would be within their rights to refuse to pay out.
 
Ah okay I see, thanks for the quick reply all. I’ll forget about trying to place them bets then. The 2/1 Altior special might be tempting me in though, thanks for mentioning thistlecracker.
 
If you have a betfred acc it's worth trying the related double, they had a chink in their system that allowed me to have the Altior Tingle Creek/Champ Chase double at 1/2 and 11/8 making the double a shade over 5/2, this was placed on 13 Nov so maybe they've ironed out the glitch since but worth trying....
 
Isn't it a case where related contingency bets can often be placed but the payout is often either refused or the bet gets void closer to the time? So I wouldn't be too confident even if you can get the bet on

Topofthegame RSA at 25s with 365. It's deffinately his target. I wouldn't be over excited but hes a nice horse and should go well tomorrow. If he's better than I expect then brilliant if he's not I can cash for money back.

Reassuring to have a shrewd operator in the camp Scoob. Gives me a little more confidence. I’m hoping he jumps well tomorrow and is staying on best at the finish, if he wins nicely it’ll be a bonus. The soft ground will help with unsuitably short trip. Possibly worth noting that Cobden is at Exeter while the bigger fish are at Sandown.

Paul’s words are encouraging going forward...

Also notice you’ve covered Carefully Selected for the AB. I’m a little worried that we haven’t seen him entered up yet but I’m sure Willie is just biding his time waiting for ground to soften but I was hoping the 3m race at Limerick was on the cards (not looking likely now without a prep run). The exchanges are still positive and he’s been cut with 365 from 20’s to 16’s.

Slight worry that PP are 20s Albert Bartlett and 16s Ballymore?

I'm considering the 365 cover bet on the Ballymore still

White moon the Same proposition. He's 40/1 with cashout. I can't see any way he drifts as won't be tailed off. Top of the game and white moon are deffinately 3 milers so impressive stuff if either beats black op here.

Absolutely. This is a must win for Black Op over this distance of he's a serious JLT contender.

I've backed all 3 of them for various races at Cheltenham so I'd like BO to win impressively, with TOFG and WM finishing strong.
