Dont think so . In post race comments he thanked connection for allowing him back on him. Sounds like the owners had the choice which I'd assume they would
Beside when gigginstown was with Mullin, ruby wasn't getting the choice over Russell or cooper

The latter is 100% correct. But ruby rides all munirs when he's available and they are first pick.
