Cheltenham 2015 Antepost Bets

I am interested to hear from you guys on your anti post stats..

Out of all the anti post single bets placed up until today (including NRNB) how much % in cash have been scratched and not running?

I have a total of 7.5% cash that have been scrated and not running. Total of 24 horses with with 3 non runners.

My biggest mistake was backing Vautour for the Arkle, I also have him in the JLT but I was convinced he would go the Arkle route, also have him in a couple of hefty doubles with Faugheen. Upshot of that is that around 10% of my antepost book is in the bog, assuming Vautour doesn't get switched.

I am in a pretty similar boat to you MG. 5% of my 7.5% losses was for Gilbamboa for the Arkle. This UDS has cost a lot of anti post Arkle bets. To make you feel better he better be The Special One and win by a mile and break the record time.

I did stick UDS in an ew treble at 3/1, with Faugheen at 2/1 and Vautour 5/2[for the JLT] when I realised I could have called it wrong so all may not be lost if those three win their respective races.

Cheers LR, I'm more of a singles backer away from the fez, but I do like multis at the big events, usually one will let me down though, but I guess that's the same for us all. :sorrow:

I don't think he will be going off any shorter Liam, could even drift a point. I got a decent bet on @12/1 and mulitples but wouldn't be steaming in 9/2. Does rule 4 apply to NRNB races?

Who knows, he could be the top second season chaser that has improved.
 
Pleased not much love for him at previews Lester. More worried more support for him.
