Champion Hurdle 2020

I see Fred's are NRNB for all championship races.

I have backed Thomas Darby @33/1 for this.

Supreme novice form may not stack up too well but its a weak CH this year so well worth it.

If it wins today off top weight you would be talking 12/1 max for this

I think the days of a Good Spring Ground Champion Hurdle are diminishing fast jack. Can't remember the last time I walked in on a Tuesday and it didnt still feel like mid winter!

Got 13/2 Cornerstone Lad and 6/1 Darasso both for tomorrow e/w.... fingers crossed its Darasso!

This. After 2 years of backing Sharjah at the Festival only on day one to hear “the soft ground has gone against him” I added Darasso at 60 on the exchange earlier this week. Price long gone now, when you look at his ratings he’s not far off the top of these & for a 7yr old is lightly raced. Already have Saldier & Sharjah at 25 and 33s so adds a third dart at big odds. Hills have priced up the double today & the Festival at 50/1 if anyone’s interested, no one else would price it up! Some gamble on him today. Could go off fav at this rate.

Been blue last 2 days on Oddschecker, wonder if McManus has had a dabble with his own cash too...

Think the tip from Dave Ord and the mention from Ruby on Road to Cheltenham have seen to that mate! But you never know...

Some decent logic to that.

If he doesn't win today, and win impressively at that, then he's going to go for a handicap rather than the CH you'd imagine.

I do think he's going for a handicap myself, but that'd make this a bet to nothing.

I am interested.

1 pt on Darasso just because he's now almost in to fav, yet Pentland Hills is 11/1 to do the double at Darasso 50/1

That's just wrong when they're 15/8 and 2/1

A little bit optimistic to hope for 12/1.... but an each way player if they do go for this race.

Took the bet to nothing, bit disappointed though, thought he was a Coral Cup plot....

Any one think Thomas Darby can compete in the Champion Hurdle after that performance? I listened to it on the radio so will watch later but did well by the sound of it whilst carrying more weight than others but not sure how good Song for Someone is in comparison
