I've started deleting those accounts with a hope that with a bit of time to get my details deleted off. A new card number and email address will allow me to reopen new accounts in the future.

Admittedly Boyle's doesn't jump out at me as an account you need to have, but I lost my William Hill account and they are needed with their WTAF and boosts

B365 tenner freebet - not sure on rules but was just placing bet on supreme and a box was there offering up to a tenner money back.
So i assume it's on supreme market only.
 
Denise has given me a 50 quid free bet on the supreme for some reason when my account is in a healthy profit
