Ballymore Novice Hurdle 2019

Be interesting to see how Caribert gets on tomorrow at Exeter with a view to spring time!

If your a dubious thinker. This is From a pp blog

Finally, a Festival tip for the New Year.*Carefully Selected*had a couple of entries over Christmas. He didn’t take up either engagement.

He’s still entered in the Grade 1 at Naas on Sunday. It’s unlikely he will start his season there. He will surely run somewhere in the next couple of weeks though. Paddy are 20/1 for the*3m Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle. That’s a price worth taking.

He shapes like a horse that wants a true test of stamina. His proven Cheltenham form is a big plus. He will ultimately want fences but will take plenty of stopping over hurdles.

There is a chance he will be targeted at the*2m 5f Ballymore Novices Hurdle. I’m fairly confident that they will look at the stiffer stamina test though of the Albert Bartlett. At 20/1 it’s a risk worth taking.

Your over thinking Scooby, he surely goes AB. Would like to see him get a run out soon however. Surprised he didn’t head down to Limerick at Christmas if Willie wants juice in the ground for his maiden.

I still think ballymore personally. I think tornado flyer will skip naas and go to the Moscow flyer and stay over 2m.

Could well be wrong ofcourse.

The exception to prove the rule - Ruby needs to throw the dogs a bone - still GOAT imo

Every quote iv read from connections screams AB to me, “travels all day” “gets any trip”. I’ve yet so see another real proper challenger from the stable for the AB. Willie usually sends his betters ones to the 3m novice grade 2 at Limerick last Saturday. Drew a blank. He’ll have more realistic Ballymore shouts imo.

Also he’s as strong as ever on the exchange @ 16’s

Because people have read that article and various other tipsters etc... hardly going to be yard money.

Time will tell but I think ballymore. And tornado flyer supreme

We've been through this before so not going to go on too much but i still dot think he'll have the change of pace at the finish for the Ballymore. He's a stayer in my eyes & a classy one at that!

Wait till himself & Blackbow have hit the racecourse. Hopefully he'll see the need to split them up!

Blackbow you had for this race some time ago, you still think he comes here?

Yes or supreme (less likely)

That decision entirely rests on whether Blackbows learned to settle or not...

Personally think the Supreme would suit better based on what iv seen so far. The strong end to end gallop is what he needed last season with the way he travelled through his races!

Have covered both races equally tho just to be safe.

Yeah, I've backed for both and will cash out on one once entries happen, same with TF too.

Same! Edited my previous post. Just praying for some rain but none forecast for the next week in Leinster.

Have him covered mainly with 365 to win & e/w so wouldn’t be the end of the world if he went Ballymore but I’m not sure if I’d even fancy him to win it. He’d probably place but who remembers 2nd place!

Stubbornly hoping Carefully Selected goes for the AB as I have him in a few big priced doubles with Topofthegame & Kalashnikov on top of the singles.

Missed the prices but would be cashing in now if I got the early odds

Cashout is only for stake. I am on at 7/4 and 6/4 and now 8/13 but no profit in the cashout.

Some amount of people taking that blog article too serious Carefully Selected out to 37 now for this race!

I think you have to (if you have the ability) back Carefully Selected with 3654 in this race at 25/1.

I'm riding up front with Sean in the Albert Bartlett bandwagon, but if you don't learn then you don't grow, and Next Destination last year is the reason I'll be backing for both races and cashing out closer to the time this season.
