Think nicholls has an alright record in this, so will probably follow up 😂😂
The one positive is that being balloted out returns stakes for AP backers (like me). Frustrating though….there will be more throughout the week.

Cheltenham have also randomly announced today that the course has been changed. Not sure if connections have been told before today, it might be just punters that they have no regard for.

Another straw clutcher, but it might have some effect on someone in the race. I haven't read much into the details of the change, but from the little I've seen it seems like it might make the hurdles races very slightly more of a stamina test

Isn't it so they can still be entered in alternative races incase they don't get in as a reserve, don't think they can be double entered if one of those races is at the decs stage can they ?

I'm not 100% myself @Lobos, you'd think they'd put something in place for these sort of occurences though, I doubt it happens often enough for them to put a plan into action but when it does it tends to end in tears for someone who's had a target for a season or longer only to miss out by a pound or two, it doesn't sit right for me when a tweek could fix this from happening.
