2026 Novice Hurdlers

You wouldn't, there is no logic in the idea at all, but like so many arguments on here, people continue the vain hope that it justifies their betting slip. There's no acceptance that their initial call might just have been wrong. It would be very refreshing if there were a few more posts like that.
As you've backed for the Turners, isn't this a bit of an oxymoron ?
Are you not doing exactly what you've said others do ?
I've backed for both races :ROFLMAO:

Mighty Park's destination whether you like it or not is likely to have a bearing on which races Leader Dallier and King Rasko Grey go.
Assuming that Steinberg is destined for the bartlett, and Townend rates both those 2 shorter trip novices as the best he has access to.
As others have explained he may well push for those to go in separate races.
And he may want the one he thinks is the better of the two in the race that Mighty Park isn't running in.

Obviously plenty of time to go still, for injuries and he may even surprise us and ride something else in the supreme or turners.
It's exciting isn't it ?

If Mighty Park goes for the Turners you think Townend would rather his best chance of a winner in the Supreme or Turners going up against Old Park Star in the Supreme?

Obviously Townend would have more of an insight into the ability of Mighty Park but surely he’d want the better one to avoid Old Park Star rather than Mighty Park based on what we’ve seen so far?

Obviously can't be sure either way.
But it does seem they think Mighty Park is the second coming.
I'd guess it's more logical for Townend to steer his judgement based on what he knows and not a horse in another yard that looked good at Haydock against other UK novices.

i thought the Constitution Hill retirement happened because Henderson had a phone call from an american olympic skier who had a bad fall was a odd post, but the its JPs birthday so he'll run X horse in Y race because of that is fucking bonkers stuff, festival fever has clearly taken a hold in here.

Shorter price for the Supreme than Turners on BEX at the moment Mighty Park...

Happy Birthday.

Big price for both though ?? Not going ??

No, no he's not. He's single figures for both... Antepost 5s basically for Supreme when I posted

Still not having it as decision made but reckon Wednesday there could be

Is it exciting or is it like an out of work manager deciding whether he should go for the vacant Bournemouth job or the one at Palace. Obviously time will tell, and this is Willie we are talking about with his seemingly endless supply of rabbits that he somehow plucks out of hats at will, but as it stands I’m struggling to hold off apathy.

Just think if he was that good he'd be a little shorter for either race?

Not long to decision time.

I will have a total of 0 pounds staked on Mighty Park, for either race. Just cant back it
Too inexperienced for the supreme, for example: I'd prefer talk to talk all day long over him and they are similarish prices
Turners looks a right race, a few could win that, so would take him on there aswell

It’s academic as cash out has been greyed out in Turners!
Not time yet then

Maybe bookmakers want to square their books up as they've taken so much on OPS? By greying out MP in Turners it makes punters think Supreme has been chosen.
Very clever them boys.....

I heard the decision was already made, through a friend who heard it from his uncle, he heard it from his cousin who apparently heard it from some bloke at a preview night who says he knows jp

Naughty😂

Danny says King Rasko Grey or Sober could be #1 for Willie in the Supreme with KRG the suggested of the 2
