Yeah, he's an interesting one isn't he. He does have winning form on Heavy. As he ran in the summer he probably wasn't high on Gordon's list but he did beat AF then ran a perfectly decent race for a Novice behind Envoi before being rested and brought back for a Spring campaign. I just can't get invested though personally.

Intriguing isn’t he. Don’t usually get involved with summer horses, or second season novices. The AF form does suggest decent improvement and so if he’s well beat today (surely can’t be be fully revved up and may hate ground) may have a small cover for chelt, just in case. Otherwise, happy to watch him ruin my book come March 😂

100/1 win today and festival. Got to be worse bets, if you're in any way tempted to cover.

Not convinced the ground really explains the improvement he made. And assuming Final Demand is beaten fairly, whatever wins has to be going fav for BANC.

Patrick didn't leave Jimmy alone for a minute, amazed the horse didn't put itself down sooner tbh, be looking to see if he gets a handicap entry.

Edit- all it wanted was to gallop with his head down but he wouldn't let him hold his head low cause he was worried about going over the top of him if it met one wrong, he's got hands like a hobbits foot.
 
Second battle of his career and he’s blown up. Kaid D’authie impressive, he’s an absolute machine he’s huge!

Honestly, was half expecting Patrick to join the ambulance on the road at one stage.

Final Demand's bubble well and truly burst. After Patrick called him an armchair ride at Christmas it was interesting to see that Townend couldn't get him on a stride for pretty much every fence. Conversely, a career best from the winner and Western Fold plugged on well to give the form a solid look.
 
Ahh always thought Final Demand was a good thing for the browns, until today. Bubble burst.

He's just not as good as I thought he was.

Did you see him ask for one when he was half outside the wings, horse must've thought "The fuck all you on about lad", it went a stride later and was still long at it, missus was getting angry watching him.
I will 110% be backing Jimmy if he turns up in a handicap again in march, without Patrick riding of course.
