2026 Novice Chasers

I hope Romeo Coolio can do the business today. No doubt Ted Walsh would call him a grand lepper and he is probably my joint-favourite horse in training (with The Jukebox Man)

Early mistake from Romeo hurt him, did fantastic to win there, he'll be a sore horse tomorrow imo.

Romeo’s owners tweeted “has a novice ever won the Ryanair?”

Would ultimately be Elliott’s decision I think, which I don’t think he would do, but may depend on what the opposition looks like at decs.

Would be very Interesting and brave but not sure he'd be good enough to beat Gaelic and the rest.

Through collateral form lines with July flower and be aware, Romeo is well ahead of Lulamba. I have a gut feeling that he’ll be entered in arkle and BANC, and end up in arkle.
Owners are very keen for festival runner

I have been banging his drum for the Arkle, but my eyes didn’t see a 2 miler yesterday, and his jumping was not as good upped in class of opponent.
If trainer says to step him up then hes seeing something that tells him.
I do have him for BANC as well courtesy of a WTAF earlier, but I think he’s probably more suited to In between distance.
If the Ryanair cuts right up I can see the possibility.
I can also see the possibility of skipping Cheltenham which would be a pisser.
See how the next couple of months goes I guess.

Not sure why Wilie would run Jimmy Du Seuil against Final Demand on that ground tomorrow.

The race conditions are set up for Final Demand. A track he's already won at, the ground, the only penalty he has is Patrick on board :ROFLMAO:

You decided GW not going gold cup then?
Depends on how Galopin gets on. If he still looks as good as ever then PT won't jump off him in the GC but will want a big chance in the Ryanair, which currently looks like just Gaelic.
