2023 Bumper

Plenty of money for Henry’s Slade Steel, who was around 6/1 a couple of days ago, and is now 5/2. Anyone know anything about the horse? PTP winner but doesn’t look like any of the others have come out since.

He got a good write up in Henry’s stable tour. He seemed keen on him for bumpers this year.

Nice performance from slade steel, wouldn't fancy him for the champion bumper but he looks a nice one for hurdling next season.

Willie's bumper horses not up to the usual lofty standard this year or is that just ridiculous to suggest? :surprise:

Someone posted on Twitter that he’s not had a bumper winner since October. That’s quite something.

Good to see Chapeau de soleil get the entry in 'the' bumper, amongst a few other interesting mullins horses, and of course Barry in there too!

By Walk in the Park too. And the rumour last month was an unnamed Walk in the Park gelding was the best they had this year … added at 33/1 with PP.
