2023 Bumper

I'm sure the word is that she isn't doing anything what Facile was showing anyway..

Saw a few requests for this one before last seasons festival.

Sky had priced him up and since took him down!

Soir De Garde is a half brother to State Man (same mare but by Kapgarde),
He doesn't have a full brother, the mares full list of foals is available on France Galop,HTH.

Odds on jollies done well today :hopelessness:

I have no idea what to make of that ride from Patrick. Looked very awkward coming round the final bend and then got swamped. Found something at the end but too late.

Only consolation is that chapeau looked as awkward as Ferny did in the same race

CDS hated going right handed. Stayed on well at the finish, would be much better on a left handed track if there’s nothing wrong with him.

Good win by the winner though to make up for his last run

Yeah, Patrick was fiddling with something. Not sure if there was something wrong with his tack.

Stayed on really well though, when he got it sorted.

That's more like it from Better Days Ahead.

Yep, possibly.
Definitely looked very difficult to steer around the bend.
Looked a nob head of a horse, but Spring may be different.

BDA into 10/1 but I wonder if Gordon will still say he's going hurdling in his next race.

It was most rum wasn't it. Felt he was struggling with the ground, was hard to keep straight, thought it was going to finish out the back of the screen, rallied very well - but don't enough to make a definitive opinion on. Will need another look at him
