Most definitely they have to go for it, I've been really impressed with him but today i was holding my breath when he hurdled, maybe that was just me then !

Lol, Skeltons is the obvious one.

2nd and 3rd won well since.

3rd won the Triumph trial too, so not a bad race. He beat them comfortably + beat Fil Dor in France...

Adagio and Allmankind won the race he won at Warwick so the signs are good.

In this World. Maybe. Has a bit of catching up to do v KS re experience though. 4 runs versus 1. KS definitely sets the standard ATM

Am I reading it right on the racing post site that the race in this world beat fil dor in was a flat race?

Me, backed him when I bought the jumpers to follow book. Rich Ricci says he's the most exciting purchase he's made since Saldier which I know isn't enough to go off but the book, that and the footage from him run were enough to sell it to me. He got his jockey out of a lot of trouble in that French race and I feel the slightly longer distance of the Triumph will be to his advantage.

Where can I find the footage of the horse running? I'd like to get a bit of cover for Fil Dor but struggling to find Vauban on YouTube.

Wow that's a statement. Cheers for your insight. Yes a deal was already done before his listed win so must of been happy with his performance that day. Agree jockey made it as hard as he could!
