We all know Henderson can be full of bluster but it’s what he didn’t say, his silent pauses and laughs in the stable tour that suggest to me he really, really fancies Jonbon.

Thing is him and Barry both did the same with Flinteur. They can't exactly say he only looks average with the price he cost. I remember Barry was on a podcast speaking about Flinteur and he couldn't have hyped him up anymore - said he loved everything about him, speaking asif he would be going straight to the top. Unless your sitting on nice prices then he is absolutely no bet at the price he is now.

He didn’t really hype him up though I didn’t think. His silent pauses were the key for me. I agree the present price is no price but I was only talking about his interview rather than price, Thankfully I’m on at 20s so am happy enough

Good Risk At All who had his form boosted a lot over the weekend is entered to run on Saturday in a novice at Ascot. Also Shallwehaveonemore is entered in that race and Super Six (5th in Champion Bumper)

….interested in Shallwehaveonemore following Henderson’s stable tour. When talking about Walking on Air, he said he couldn’t believe how ‘one of Gary Moore’s went past it like it was standing still’.

I think it was also Hayley Moore's horse to follow in Bet365's NH season preview a few weeks back. You'd like to think she would have a good line in how good he is through her family connection and the same owner's Goshen.

Happy with that performance from Go Dante. Olly Murphy has had a horse placed in this race the last two times he had an entry in 2020 and 2019. 40/1 still available with 365.

With Hollow Games now declared to run on Friday it looks like we may have found Gordons Supreme horse in Mighty Potter who was his only other entry in the 2m maiden on Saturday at Down Royal. This is the race that Ballyadam started off in last year and won on route to winning the Royal Bond and coming second in the supreme.

Mighty Potter is 1 from 1 in bumpers having won last season, he is thought of highly by the GE team and in the ATR stable tour Gordan said 'I'm looking forward to him a lot'

….won that bumper impressively enough but the 2nd has hardly franked the form since. I have noticed it in a few Sky RaB (Mighty Potter/Hubrisko a/r 200-1), so perhaps somebody somewhere likes him.

Agree was mentioned on the champ.ie podcast as one to look forward too but just can’t get excited about him the form of that bumper he won looks dire. Regarded as a speedy sort tho, fwiw.

I’m the same. I’ve got a ton of 2 milers ahead of him and I’ll only back 3.

If you read my post it wasn’t tipping him up, just stating that he was probably Gordon’s number 1 for this race. He would be behind numerous other horses in other yards for the supreme.

If you are building a book it is always best to have the best horse for the leading trainers, especially the top three in Ireland and Hendo as there is a big chance they will turn up in the race

….absolutely, it was a ‘spot’ well made that is worthy of discussion. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

I think he could end up being just shy of top class and may end up in a handicap. Maybe the Martin Pipe hurdle?

WTL is right. The entry is the usual indication that at this moment he's the most forward of any possible Supreme candidates in the yard. If using a book approach he's from one of the key yards you would automatically include. Plus his price appeals as one that should be easy to get in and out of. Also, if you're an exchange layer, there's possibly a future opportunity to lock in an easy profit. The worst case is if he doesn't look up to scratch at 40/1 it's easy to cash out with little or no harm done.

Three Stripe Life has an entry at Fairyhouse on Tuesday in a 2m hurdle.

Gordons Ballymore horse right there.

ATR Quote ‘He’s a lovely horse that has been jumping hurdles really well at home. We’ll look to start him off in a maiden hurdle in three or four weeks. I’d say we’ll start him at two miles, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up over a bit further. Given the level of ability he showed in bumpers, you’d be hoping he can be a smart hurdler.’

He has Gerri Columbe though, I think three stripe life might go to the martin pipe

I’d be surprised myself if three stripe life didn’t turn out to be the better of the two, Gerri Colombe been talked about a future staying chaser too which usually pipe horses to a tee. Was thinking/hoping three stripe life supreme/Gerri Colombe Bally myself though covered TSL for both.
