2022 Arkle

10 year stats show 10/10 winners aged 6 or 7 and won their last race.

Blue Lord or Coeur Sublime then.

This could be a in-play bet for me and watch what they do over the first 2-3 fences

The two favs will still be backable at SP price given they are likely to run behind the pace. Spent way too much on this race only to come out without a clear optinion

Magic Daze will be out in front at that point with a 3 length lead making use of her allowance, getting into a lovely rhythm under Rachel on ground she's been crying out for all season. Everything else expecting her to come back to them........but she won't. Really warming to her chances back at the Fez where she ran her best ever race last year. She's still got plenty of improvement in her having only ever had 7 runs under rules.

There could well be an absolute burn up out in front here. For Pleasure, Magic Daze, Riviere, Gabynako and Saint Sam are all going to be up the front end.

Would be thinking Puppy rides??? He seems to be Robcour's jockey for most of his other horses. Expect Rachael on Coeur Sublime

And then Blue Lord saying cheers to them as he goes past with a furlong to run :highly_amused:

But for the last fence mistake of riviere that short list of two would have been even shorter !

She’s one I really need to take another look at
shes not going to be able to dictate the pace, there are a few nut jobs in this but… this is probably a angle I haven’t looked at, I’ve exhausted everything else. That mares novice would return a Arkle winner and a mares hurdle winner on day 1….

Magic Daze is 6 and would've won last time out on better ground beating Concertista in the process. Archie said that counts. Boom !

Blue Lord has won it anyway. Shortlisted of one. Best value of festival.

I. Mean. He's. Won....

That how we do it?

I don't agree because Blue Lord was inconvenienced by Riviere's bad jump as well, but that's the beauty of racing.

With CS and MD both coming here….Henry confirmed…..do we have any idea which Rachael rides?

Playing the exchanges this year more ….and obviously whichever she rides will shorten

Im assuming Paul will ride Blue Lord?

Agree. Can't see him turning the tables next week on worse terms and BL can jump much , much better. RD has had some tough races over a long season as well which puts me off her. I prefer the other mare. She is BL's danger imo.

Blue lord & saint Sam in here, no HeC yet

In now
