2021 Scottish Grand National

Cool Mix has form on decent ground and has been running against some good horses. Missed the 50/1 this morning but got on at 40s and 33s

Smaller bets on The Hollow Ginge 28/1, Mighty Thunder 10/1 and Chapel Stile 20/1 - all each way

Could anyone confirm if I’m in the right with my argument with Skybet

I put 1pt on Some Neck to place at both Cheltenham and the Grand National

He was Number 41 so surely this is classed as being balloted out and therefore voided so I should at worst get my money back?

Enqarde for me - right end of the handicap, a winner in France on good ground, still only 7 and looks like an improver.

....I did that bet as well but gave up on it.

Well done charlie :very_drunk:

They have just settled it as a 7/4 winner so drop them
a message

Out of interest was that through pursuing them or pay out anyway? Ddnt have the bet just curious, think it's something so many punters don't know much about, balloting out in races, and rightly so it should be paid out, but I know some bookies don't always pay out unless you get on the case!

They wouldn’t have done it without me, they also said it had been settled by the traders as a loser so I had to go back to them again, with screenshots from the link they sent me!

I noticed you were really sweet on him. Well done Charie. You too FM.

Well done Charlie and FM with the winner, quite a nice boost to Time To Get Up's Midlands National form. Wonder if he goes Welsh National off 144 before the Grand National or if Jonjo will plot a similar path to Cloth Cap this year?

Jack, I'd say you were pretty much spot on with Fogpatches. He jumped stickily throughout for me, but the jockey seemed to take a pull as he travelled nicely coming around the home turn and then he just emptied turning in.
